  • What is B2B Online Store?
    Faber-Castell B2B Online Store is a separate store dedicated to those who are looking to make bulk purchase every month with a special rate.

  • Who is eligible to use B2B Online Store?
    If you are a retailer/ reseller / corporate / startup / art centre / tuition centres / teachers, you will be eligible to apply an account for B2B Online Store.

  • What is the rate that I will be getting?
    We are offering the rate with the following category:
    • Retailer / Reseller / Corporate / Startup: 30% Off RRP
    • Art Centre / Tuition Centre / Teachers: 20% Off RRP

  • Is there a minimum purchase required?
    Yes, there is a minimum purchase of RM300 required for every order.
  • Do you provide credit term?
    Unfortunately, we do not provide credit term at the moment. All orders must be paid before delivery via our online payment service. You may use any of the following payment method:
    • Debit / Credit Card
    • FPX Online Banking
    • E-wallet

  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver our products within the entire Malaysia.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    There will be no delivery charges for B2B Wholesale.

  • Which courier service do you use?
    We use Ninja Van to ship your order.

  • How long do you take to deliver my order?
    We process and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days upon receiving your order. The estimated delivery time is as follow, subject to the courier service and your location:
    • West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days
    • East Malaysia: 5 to 10 working days

  • Where can I track my order?
    You will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number from us when your order is shipped. Kindly click the tracking number and it will redirect you to a separate page to track your package.

    Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • Can I cancel my order and request for a refund?
    Once you received the shipping email notification from us, it means we have shipped your order and no longer able to cancel it.

    We have a refund policy in place on damaged or missing items. Kindly refer to our Refund Policy.

  • What should I do if the item that I received is damaged or incorrect?
    Please drop us an email at eshop@faber-castell.com.my with your order details and pictures of the damaged goods. We will respond within two working days and offer a replacement, otherwise a full refund of the purchase price if the item is no longer available.

    Please be noted that all requests must be made within 21 days from your ordering date.

    1. Select "B2B Wholesale" at the menu bar in our e-shop.


    2. Select Wholesale and click B2B Online Store.


    3. You will be redirected to Faber-Castell B2B Online Store. Your may login to your account with email address and password.


    4. After logging in, you will see all available products in the homepage. You may search any items with the bar at the top right.


    5. You may also filter our product categories with the box on the left.


    6. To start making an order, click on the item that you would like to purchase.


    7. Click on "Select Quantity".


    8. Select your preferred quantity and click "Add to Order".


    9. You may continue shopping by clicking "Products". Once you are happy with your selection, click "Order" at the top right.


    10. You may check your shipping address before checking out. Once you have confirmed, you may click "Continue to Checkout".


    11. You will be redirected to a Cart page. Here, you may check all your details again before proceeding to payment. Once you have confirmed, you may click "Continue to Payment".


    12. You will be redirected to our Checkout Page. Click "Complete Order" and you will be redirected to Payment page. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment. Voila! We have now received your order.

    1. Select the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top left in our e-shop.


    2. Select "B2B Wholesale".


    3. Select "Wholesale".


    4. You will be redirected to Faber-Castell B2B Online Store. Your may login to your account with email address and password.


    5. After logging in, you will see all available products in the homepage. You may also filter our product categories with the box on the left.

     

    6. You may search any items with the bar by clicking the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top right.


    7. To start making an order, click on the item that you would like to purchase.

    8. Click on "Select Quantity".

    9. Select your preferred quantity and click "Add to Order".

     

    10. If you would like to continue shopping, you may click the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top right and click "Products".

     

    11. Once you are happy with your selection, you may click the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top right and click "Order".


    12. You may check your shipping address before checking out. Once you have confirmed, you may click "Continue to Checkout".

    13. You will be redirected to a Cart page. Here, you may check all your details again before proceeding to payment. Once you have confirmed, you may click "Continue to Payment".


    14. You will be redirected to our Checkout Page. Click "Complete Order" and you will be redirected to Payment page. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment. Voila! We have now received your order.
