Delivery & Return Policy
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
West Malaysia: For order below RM80, we charge a flat rate of RM5. Order above RM80 will be entitled to FREE Shipping.
East Malaysia: For order below RM80, we charge a flat rate of RM13. Order above RM80 will be entitled to FREE Shipping.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we have received your order.
The estimated delivery time is as following:
West Malaysia – 1 to 3 working days
East Malaysia – 5 to 10 working days
However, please expect a minor delay during the promotional period due to high order volume.
We use Ninja Van to ship your order to West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a separate email with the tracking number provided. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Self Pickup / In Store Pick Up
Unfortunately, we do not provide self pick up and in-store pick up at the moment.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
