What can I expect with the condition of items sold during Online Warehouse Sales?

You may expect to receive useable products with aged or slightly damaged packaging. Please be noted that all product images showed on the website are for illustration purpose and might not represent that exact condition of the received product.


Can I change or cancel my order after the order is confirmed?

Due to high order volume, we do not offer product exchange or cancellation once the order is being placed on our website.


Do you accept product return or exchange?

All products sold during Online Warehouse Sales are not eligible for return or exchange.


What if I received the missing or wrong item from what I have ordered?

You must email to or whatsapp 012-687 3522 within 48 hours after you have received your items. All issues with be handled on case-by-case basis.


Will you restock all sold out items during Online Warehouse Sales?

We list all available items during Online Warehouse Sales and we sell at a first-come, first served basis. Once the product is sold out, we will not restock.


Can I use a discount code during Online Warehouse Sales?

Unfortunately you are not allowed to use a discount code during Online Warehouse Sales (except for VIP launch code)


Which payment method do you support for Online Warehouse Sales?

We accept All major bank debit / credit card, bank transfer (FPX) and E-Wallet. No Cash On Delivery is available.


Is there a shipping charge on my order during Online Warehouse Sales?

West Malaysia: For order below RM100, we charge a flat rate of RM5. Order above RM100 will be entitled to FREE Shipping.

East Malaysia: For order below RM150, we charge based on weight between RM13 - RM35. The final calculation will appear in the checkout. Order above RM150 will be entitled to FREE Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only ship within Malaysia.


How do I know if my order has been received?

Once you have placed an order at our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. (It might appear in your junk/spam mailbox)


How do I track my order online?

You will receive an order shipment tracking email once we have shipped out the order. (It might appear in your junk/spam mailbox)


When will you ship my order?

We will process and ship your order within 8-10 working days after Online Warehouse Sales period.


What if I have provided the wrong shipping address in my order?

Please email or Whatsapp us immediately and include the correct address in your inquiry.


Do you offer pick-up service?

We do not provide pick-up service. All orders will be shipped via a third-party courier service.


Why do I see a different pricing on the same items at different period?

We offer dynamic pricing on case-by-case basis and we retain the rights to adjust the item price from time-to-time.
